Traditional
A kitchen or bathroom refit touches almost every trade at once — plumbing, electrics, tiling, joinery and decorating all landing in one small room, in a strict order. Run as separate jobs it stalls constantly; run as one project it doesn't, which is why we manage the whole sequence ourselves.
We also work around the fact that you still live there. Rooms are protected, work is staged so the house stays usable, and the site is left clean at the end of each day.
Built to Last
Choose our professional flooring, carpeting and decorating service for a great finish to your new flooring or carpeting. We install laminate flooring, engineered flooring, wood flooring, tile flooring, and alternative waterproof laminate flooring, whichever is best suited for your property. We ensure each type of installation is the best it can be with proper subfloor preparation, correct fitting, and the right materials for the job while working with you.
Taking measurements, informing you on the best type of underlay to use for your needs, and fitting the carpets, with old carpets taken up if you wish, are all part of our exclusive carpet fitting service. For an immaculate finish, our decorating, painting and wallpapering service involves work to prepare the surfaces, fill, sand, prime and final painting.

Our Process
The same four-stage approach applies whether you're renovating, extending or building new.
We inspect the building, survey the structure and services, and talk about your needs and your budget.
Before you begin, you receive a written contract with an agreed price, fixed timetable, and details of our insurance.
Your project manager is in charge at the site, coordinates all trades on site and updates you weekly on progress.
When the snags are complete, we leave you with certificates, warranties and paperwork and a clean, tidy house ready to enjoy once more.

Budget Split
Understanding how your renovation budget is split actually helps you compare quotes and make well-informed decisions.

For an interior project, the approximate percentage breakdown could be: Materials and Fittings (35% – 50%): Kitchen units, worktop, bathroom suite, tiles, floor covering, carpet, underlay, paint, and other specified materials. Labour and Installation (30% – 40%): This will depend on the number of trades and the complexity of the project. Preparation and removal (8% – 15%): Removal of old fittings or coverings, preparation of new surface, minor repairs, and making ready for installation. Finishing and Adjustments (5% – 10%): Completing installation, touching up, adjusting, and checking required to complete the agreed scope of work.
In bathroom remodelling, moving plumbing or reconfiguring the room layout could be more labour- and cost-intensive than simply replacing fixtures. For flooring installation, issues such as unlevelled subfloors, moisture, and the type of flooring system may require additional prep work. Carpet installation cost depends on the quality of the carpet and underlay, square foot dimensions, and removing old flooring.
The kitchen fitting costs will depend on the type of worktop and cabinetry, the cost of installing appliances, and what work needs doing to change service connections. The painting and decorating costs will depend on the current state of the walls and ceilings and the scope of preparation and finishing desired.

FAQ
Find simple answers to all your common queries about organizing, budgeting, managing, and finishing London house remodels.
Bathroom renovation costs vary based on room size, fixture and tile choices, plumbing changes, and surface treatments. A small redesign and existing layout may cost less than a comprehensive remodel and reconstruction with new fixtures and plumbing.
Project size, stock, plumbing, electrical, structural, and prep will vary the timelines. Instead of a full kitchen or bathroom remodel, we’ll put down new flooring.
Together, you can program desired enhancements (depending on your agreement). Coordination helps to schedule disruptive installation before decorative finishing.
Many interior improvements don’t require permits. You may need listed building consent for structural or visual alterations. Building laws may govern structural, electrical, ventilation, and other works. First, check with your local planning authorities.
A documented quote should include the job, a timetable, and variance handling. Proof of insurance, regulated employment qualifications, references, and work samples. Check prices and warranties.
