First, we visit your home for free, then agree the scope, budget and timeline, and send a detailed fixed-price written quote, usually within 24 hours of the visit. Once approvals are in place, one team carries out the work with regular updates, and every project ends with a full walkthrough, snagging check and all the paperwork.

The price depends on the size of the job, the amount of structural work, the quality of your fittings and finishes, any plumbing, wiring or heating changes, approval costs and the condition of the property once the old finishes come off. A site visit is the only way to give you a real number.

We arrange every trade in the right sequence so nothing is torn out twice, whether you want a complete house makeover, kitchen or bathroom restoration, loft or garage conversion, or plumbing, heating, and electrical work. To complement your home's exterior and interior, we also handle plastering, rendering, flooring, garden landscaping, driveways, fencing, and decking.

You can frequently stay at home while the work is being done because changes are always agreed upon in writing, payments are linked to finished stages and explained before you sign, and we control dust and safeguard floors and furniture.
